Cold Sesame Noodles |

This recipe is from the Cornell Cafe at the Morikami Museum in Palm Beach County. Add grated carrot, chopped celery, steamed shrimp or shredded roast chicken if you like. I add the carrot. | ![]() |
1 pound linguine noodles 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 tblspns soy sauce 4 tblspns rice vinegar 4 tblspns sugar 2 tsps sesame seeds | |
Cook noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water until
al dente. Rinse, drain and refrigerate. Stir together peanut butter, garlic,
soy sauce, vinegar and sugar until smooth; sauce will be thick. To serve,
toss chilled noodles with room-temperature sauce and garnish with sesame
seeds. Makes 4 to 6 servings |
