Celebrating the end of Desert Storm. Back in 1991, out in the desert of Kuwait, that must have been more than a one-day celebration. Rumors say that a drink called (Whoopee) in the Desert was the hit of Day 2 of the celebrating.

To make (Whoopee) in the Desert, take a 10-oz. highball glass, add ice, then pour in 1 oz. tequila, 1 oz. cherry juice or grenadine, ½ oz. sour mix, and ½ oz. cranberry juice. Stir, drink, and watch out for the cacti!
