 Vodka Gimlet

The vodka gimlet offers your taste buds an option in the other direction -- sour.

In a mixing cup, add a scoop of ice, 1 ½ oz. vodka, and enough lime juice to cover the ice. Mix and strain into an 8-oz. tumbler. Take a lime wedge and run the fruity portion around the rim of the glass. Throw the lime into the drink and add a sip straw. Add the ice from the mixing cup if desired or requested.
