1) Chocolate Cake
30 ml (1 oz) Frangelico
30 ml (1 oz) Vodka
with a lemon...
The lemon is the key to this shot. Suck the lemon (sugared lemons), do the shot, immediately suck the lemon again. The lemon brings out the chocolate taste of the shot.
2) Dark Pleasures
60 ml (2 oz) Frangelico
30 ml (1 oz) Chocolate Sauce
90 ml (3 oz) Half and Half
Top with whipped cream [optional]
Mix all ingredients well with ice. Strain into long glass(“Half and Half” is half milk, half cream).
3) Sex in the Snow
30 ml (1 oz) Frangelico 1oz
90 ml (3 oz) Milk
In a rocks or hi-ball glass, add Frangelico with ice. Top up with cold milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon [optional].
4) Marylin Monroe
30 ml (1 oz) Frangelico
30 ml (1 oz) Amaretto
30 ml (1 oz) Carnation condensed milk
Mix in a blender with ice to make a frappe. Strain into martini glass. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
5) Chocolate Chip Martini
30 ml (1 oz) Frangelico
30 ml (1 oz) Crème de Cacao
30 ml (1 oz) Premium Vodka
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour in martini glass. Decorate with cherries
