Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Dijon mustard (or any Mustard)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup vegetable oil
salt to taste

1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegar and mustard.

2. Continue to whisk while drizzling in first the honey and then the oil, until well blended.

3. Add salt to taste.

Stored covered and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for at least 2 weeks.

total time: 5 minutes.
servings: about 2 cups.
