If you like a coffee taste in your drink but want more of a kick than most coffee brandies have to offer, Black and White Russians are the way to go. Pour 1 ½ oz. vodka (your choice) and ½ oz. Kahlua (recommended choice) over ice in a highball glass, and fill the remainder with milk or cream. Pour the mixture into a mixing glass or another highball glass, then back into the original glass. That's a White Russian. To make a Black Russian, follow the same instruction, minus the milk or cream and using an 8 oz. tumbler or "rocks" glass. Then, stir. It makes for a very nice after-dinner drink.
