How about a Black Orchid, a fruity variation of the Sombrero? Over ice, in a highball glass, pour 1 ½ oz of Chambord, ¾ oz. of Kahlua, and fill the rest with milk (or half and half). Shake and serve, but only to those of legal drinking age.

Note: Chambord can run a bit steep. You might want to substitute other raspberry liqueurs in its place.
